Telehealth Vet Mobile App

The Problem
Bond Vet currently does not have a mobile app. Requiring a computer with a webcam is a barrier to entry, when most people have smartphones they could use for a telehealth app.
The Solution
A mobile app that provides users a way use Bond Vet’s telehealth services on their smartphone.
The Impact
Users can get vet advice from the comfort of their own home.

Research Outcomes

“[Telehealth] would be nice for semi-emergencies, like if the dog was coughing a lot and I wanted to ask a quick question. “

“If I was going to use telehealth, i'd probably use it for quick questions to my vet, and yearly check ups for our pets who have no health issues.”

Style Tile
We kept the original colors of Bond Vet but darkened the beige for more contrast. We used a similar font and tried to match the style of Bond Vet while making the style more consistent.

Next Steps
We would like to continue iterating upon this app with more screens and fleshing out the hi-fi prototype.
We are considering reaching out to Bond Vet and pitching them the idea of creating their own telehealth app using our design because they do not currently have a mobile app, Bond Vet Telehealth is currently only available via web browser.
If Bond Vet were interested, they could use different content on the Home screen such as promotional discounts or news. They could also expand the app to add scheduling for their physical locations.

Thank you!
